If additional labs beyond CBC/CMP/TSH are included, pricing defaults to the functional lab read rate of $225 (covers any blood labs from the last 3 months: A1C, hormones, lipids, etc.). This comes with a printed functional health interpretation. A supplement/meal plan can be added for $99, with 20% savings on those supplements.
Follow-up pricing ($75–$150) varies by complexity. For ongoing follow-up needs, enrolling in a membership plan is generally recommended.
